Met Iplik San. ve Tic. A.S. has been in yarn production and yarn trade since 1984 operating at a 27.000 m² facility with 6.800 m² covered area located in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, Tekirdag, Turkey.
Our firm possesses experienced technical and manufacturing staff who is continuously trained and developed to strive for flawless production.
Our environmentally conscience firm has earned EKOTEX certificate.
ACTIVITIES / PRODUCTS
We twist and ply all kinds of continuous filament yarn like polyester, nylon acetate and rayon including high tenacity yarn from 20 denier to 1500 denier with twist range of 60 tpm to 2500 tpm.
We can deliver twisting or non-twisting elastane viscose, elastane nylon, elastane polyester, continuous filament, texturized, fdy and fancy yarn for requested standard lengths on perforated bobbins.
We serve customers from various industries which are mainly manufacturers of outer and underwear, weaved fabrics, knitted fabrics, lace and socks always keeping total quality understanding in mind.
Depending on the twist range and thickness of the yarn we are capable of processing up to 250 tons per month.
SAMPLE PRODUCTION
Upon request, we can analyze yarn samples or yarns from fabrics and process it in the desired quantity and time frame for our customers.
